Heather Cardin

Heather Cardin holds a Master's degree in English from Carleton University and teaches part-time at Ottawa U. She has published poems in a variety of literary magazines and has attended workshops with Di Brandt and rob mclennan, as well as the Glenairley Retreat with Patrick Lane. Her manuscript, close to being holy, short-listed for the 2006 CBC Literary Awards. Her first book, Partners in Spirit: What Couples Say About Marriages That Work, is now available online from most booksellers. Her second book has been accepted for publication, and she is currently working on a poetry manuscript and a book of creative non-fiction. She lives with her husband and children in Gatineau, Quebec.
